2005 – The Letran Alumni Mass began its regular service every third Sunday of the month at the Letran chapel. Br. Boyd Sulpico (OP), the Alumni Chaplain, had faithfully performed the task since inception.

2006 – Br. Ernesto M. Arceo (OP) became the first Letran alumnus Rector Magnificus of the University of Santo Tomas.

2007 – Rosalie M. Cruz was elected the first alumna president of the LAA. Under her presidency, the LAA amended its articles and bylaws on November 13, 2007 to include, among others, the official recognition of the Silver, Ruby, Gold, and Diamond Jubilee classes.

2007 – The Letran Grupo de Fil-Chinos was founded on August 8, 2007 with Alfredo L. Tan and Edwin P. Tan as founding Chairman and President respectively. It was officially recognized by and affiliated with the LAA. The moving spirit behind the group were LAA’s Charlie Yu, Ben Hur Gomez and Justo Ortiz.

2013 – Letran alumnus Eugenio Sanz-Orozco Mortar (OFM CAP), together with 521 martyrs of the 1936-39 Spanish Civil War, was beatified by Pope Francis on October 13, 2013.

2015 – Alumnus Br. Clarence Victor Marquez (OP) was installed as Letran’s 81st Rector and President. It was timely that a Letran alumnus was to preside the Quadricentennial Anniversary.

2015 – The Letran Alumni Association-North America was organized in West Covina, California in 2013 with Manchot Macalalad as the founding president. The association caters largely to the US West Coast alumni. The LAA officially recognized the affiliation of the Letran Alumni Association North America on November 14, 2015.

2017 – The LAA, under the presidency of Marlon S. Cunanan, celebrated the Association’s Centennial. To commemorate the year-long celebrations, a centennial marker was installed at the Letran Alumni Office. Cunanan also introduced Community Service Projects as a regular commitment of the LAA.

2018 – The Letran Alumni Association US East Coast was organized with Pedro Baluyut and Ricardo Mendoza as founding chairman and president respectively. The Association caters to US alumni in the East Coast and was officially recognized by the LAA the following year.

2019 – Spearheaded by Pedro Baluyut and Basilio Valdes, the Letran Scouts Alumni Association was founded to revitalize the Boys Scout Movement in the School and was subsequently affiliated with the LAA.

2019 – Headed by Ike Noble, the Letran Alumni International Sports Foundation based in Las Vegas, Nevada was officially recognized as an LAA affiliate.

2020 – The LAA, under the presidency of Rosalie M. Cruz, joined the School in its Grand Quadricentennial Foundation Anniversary celebration.
